Based at the Conservative Club site in Sidcup, we’re a personal training studio with plenty of parking, offering a supportive environment to help you reach your fitness goals. Figure 8 Group Class -

Learn how to lift with proper technique while building strength through a structured programme that blends weightlifting and cardio. Our Figure 8 group classes create a supportive community of like-minded people who motivate and grow together. No experience is necessary, just show up, learn, and get stronger.

BARRE Class -

Strengthen, sculpt your body with our energising Barre class. Combining ballet-inspired movement, Pilates, and low-impact strength training, this class targets your core, glutes, legs, and arms with precise, controlled exercises. Expect high repetitions, deep muscle engagement, and a focus on posture and alignment.

No dance experience is needed just come ready to move, shake, and feel the burn. Perfect for all levels, our Barre class builds strength, improves mobility, and leaves you feeling lean, strong, and empowered.

Figure 8 Run Club -

Join the Figure 8 Run Club and become part of a supportive, energetic community built for runners of every level. Whether you’re taking your first steps or training for longer distances, our coached sessions help you improve technique, build endurance, and stay consistent. Each run follows a structured plan designed to boost confidence, speed, and overall fitness without pressure or competition.

Run with a team that encourages you, challenges you, and celebrates every mile. No experience necessary.

Heels Over HIIT -

Heels Over HIIT is not just a dance class – it’s an empowerment session. It’s about building strength, owning your space, and celebrating your body exactly as it is. No dance experience needed, and heels are totally optional – we cater to all abilities and fitness levels.
