“Loving my classes with Jade, reignited my love for exercise. Jade is really friendly and talks you through everything. She encourages you and mixes up classes each time with a monthly focus and each week we set ourselves goals which is really motivating. The classes are small which means Jade can really focus on helping with technique and pushes you to achieve. A great community of like minded people wanting to improve fitness and nutrition while having fun. Jade also gets together a free run club for all abilities. I’d highly recommend 💪🏻”

Been working with Jade for about 18 months, she’s been great. Uses a really good online app that guides you through her workouts and she is really responsive on things you don’t understand or need help on. Jade’s very positive and has a really infectious energy. I Didn’t really know what I was doing in the gym before, but have now made really good progress especially on my squat and deadlifts. Jade understands running as well / so how the gym and run training can compliment each other. I’ve been very happy with her and would recommend.
